CHAPTER 9-A view to a Death:

1. When Simon awakens and goes to the mountain, what does he discover?
       a. Dead man with the parachute caught in the trees.
2. Why does Jack organize the feast?
       a. To persuade people to join his tribe/group away from Ralph.
3. What is the “thing that crawls out of the forest?”
       a. A dirty looking Simon who is crawling out of the forest/jungle.
4. What does Simon try to tell the boys?
       a. The dead man (Parachutist) at the top of the hill.
5. What do the boys do to Simon?
       a. Kill him thinking hes the beast.
6. What happens to the parachutist?
       a. Gets blown out to sea by the wind.
